- A brand-new women's workout space with a lifting zone with squat racks and a free weights area with adjustable benches, dumbbells (up to 30kg) and a Smith machine. Plus, we have a mix of upper- and lower-body-focused fixed-pin equipment along with plenty of glute-focused machines!
- A brand-new Shape Zone - a beginner-friendly strength zone featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines, and benches - ideal for building strength with confidence.
- A brand-new functional training zone with a sled track, wall ball targets, handstand boards, pull-up bars and accessories.
- An upgraded and extended free weights area with new kit including the game-changing BootyBuilder standing hip thrust machine!
- An additional 4-bay lifting rig.

We're based on Explore Lane, next to the Rainbow Casino.
Pop BS1 5LL into your SatNav and park in the pay and display Millennium Square car park, which is adjacent to At-Bristol and open 24 hours a day. The car park has 24 hour on-site security and CCTV monitoring, parking for 550 cars and disabled parking next to the main vehicle/pedestrian entrance and lifts.
