About PureGym Sheffield Millhouses
Exciting news! We’re continuously investing in our clubs so that PureGym members have access to the latest and most innovative equipment.
We have replaced some fixed pin and cable machines, squat racks and Smith machines, as well as adding in a hack squat, seated row and an additional 6 bay lifting rig.
We’re pleased to share that your PureGym has also just received:
- Matrix Magnum Plate-loaded Lat Pull Down: from beginner to bodybuilder, this piece of kit supports everyone's fitness journey, training your arms alongside your back & core muscles. A core benefit of this machine is its ability to target muscle weakness on one side by making that muscle work harder,
- Matrix Varsity Perfect Squat: working to support the natural motion of the body to deliver maximum muscle contraction to develop the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps,
- The Booty Builder V8: this patented machine helps grow your glutes and makes hip-thrusting safer, faster and more effective.
