- An upgraded free weights area with even more lifting stations and plate loaded kit
- An extension on your functional training zone with wall ball targets, handstand boards and accessories
- A brand new Shape zone, our beginner-friendly strength zone, featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines, and benches — ideal for building strength with confidence
- An upgraded fitness studio
- An upgraded stretch area with fresh flooring and accessories
- An upgraded spin studio
- Even more fixed pin and cable machines
Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety.
