Great News! Your gym has received a women's workout space!
The upgrade includes:
- extended and upgraded women's workout space with a dedicated stretch area, lifting zone with squat racks, and a free weights area with adjustable benches, dumbbells up to 30kg and a Smith machine. Plus, we have cable stations and plenty of glute focused machines,
- upgraded functional area with a track, non lifting rig and accessories,
- upgraded free weights with an 8 bay lifting rig,
- brand new stretch area,
- brand new cycle studio.

Driving
We're based in Unit M4 on the Enterprise 5 Retail Park, next to Morrisons and Poundland.
You’ll find us on the Eastern side of Bradford Road, a short distance from Five Lane Ends roundabout. Pop BD10 8EG into your SatNav and park in the free on-site parking*

Public Transport
Red Line buses 640, 641 and 654 run regularly from within E5 and also on the main roads surrounding the scheme.
Cycling
If you fancy warming up before you workout there are bike racks outside Morrisons, next door to the gym.
