I’m an ex-gymnast turned Personal Trainer and fitness enthusiast. i achieved my undergraduate BSc from Loughborough University in Sports and Exercise Science.
While at university I spent most of my time in the gym as a strength and conditioning coach for Olympic Swimmers & Premier League Hockey Players!
I was lucky enough to spend a year working in professional rugby union with Leicester Tigers in 2021/2022 as a sports scientist too.
Using my knowledge and experience i can’t wait to help you achieve your goals and help you along your fitness journey being by your side the whole way!
