Hey, I’m Sadie – or sADHD, as anyone who knows me will tell you.

As a gal who’s never seemed to ‘fit in’ to any one box, I believe we’re not one-dimensional people - so our training shouldn’t be either.

My journey into this work came from navigating my own challenges. From mental health struggles at a young age, where I first found strength training as a way to cope and rebuild myself, to a hip operation that led me to Yoga, and more recently a debilitating disc injury that I rehabilitated through Pilates. Each phase taught me not only how powerful movement can be, but how important it is to train in different ways at different times.

What connects everything I do is the nervous system. If we’re constantly in fight or flight, burnout is inevitable. But when we train in a way that supports the body (not just pushes it) everything changes. You feel calmer, happier, stronger, more energised, and your results become sustainable.

This is the approach I’ve used with hundreds of clients over the past decade - and honestly, it’s life-changing. If you’re ready to train in a way that actually works for you whether that’s getting stronger, building confidence, reducing stress, overcoming mental blocks, or simply becoming more connected to your body then scan the QR code on my business card and drop me a message on Instagram.

I cant wait to help you on your journey.
