- A brand new Shape zone, our beginner-friendly strength zone, featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines, and benches — ideal for building strength with confidence
- A brand new functional training area
- An extended free weights area
- Upgraded fixed pin and cable kit including the game-changing BootyBuilder V8
- An upgraded dual studio
Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date.
