Driving
Pop our post code TQ2 7PY into your SatNav. Members get 3 hours free parking* at the retail park by entering the car number plate into the validator inside the gym.

Walking
You will find our brand new Torquay gym on the Bridge Retail Park, opposite Torbay Hospital and to the north of Torquay town centre. We're easy to spot from Hele Road as we're in the unit nearest the road, next to Pets at Home.
Public Transport
BY BUS: Lowes Bridge bus stop is a four-minute walk away, outside B&Q. Buses (towards Newton Abbot) are 7A, 12, 149, GRAM1, MS4, MS5, N12, SB6 T3. Buses towards Brixham can be caught on the other side of the road.
BY TRAIN: Torquay train station is also two miles away. From the station, follow The King’s Drive onto Newton Road. Take a slight right onto Riviera Way and turn right into the retail park.
Cycling
If you fancy a warm-up before your workout, there are bike racks available outside the entrance to the club.
