Hayley Laverty
- HEY! I am Hayley aka Coach_Laverty_
- From Northern Ireland and yes, I do have the accent. Also gifted with ADHD 10 years ago diagnosed, safe to say, nobody I tell is shocked.
- 11/12/13 enlisted into the Royal Air Force as a Firefighter. 8 years, multiple countries and a wealth of life experience that I will forever be grateful for, my liver at the time not so much.
- Football, Hockey and Swimming were my sports, my niche if you will. Playing at country / county level which was an incredible experience.
- Moving on and not to waste your precious time, if you've made it this far thank you, if not well I can't argue with that. The purpose of my team?
- Aid and encourage your goals, progress and abilities in and outside of the gym.
- Giving you confidence in achieving your goals. It is achievable, don't doubt it.
- To build a safe, inclusive and understanding community, with once-a-month outings as a team.
