Driving
You can park for free directly outside the gym in the Maplins area of the retail park. There are also two large car parks nearby at Waitrose and B&Q - a minute's walk away - where you can park for free. Our post code is SS2 4HF.

Walking
We're based on Fossetts Way Retail Park on Eastern Avenue. As you turn off the Eastern Avenue roundabout into Fossett Way you'll see us next to Wren Kitchens and near to Waitrose and B&Q.
Public Transport
BY BUS: There are bus stops nearby on Fossetts Way outside Welsley Hospital and B&Q.
BY TRAIN: Prittlewell Train Station is a five-minute drive away.
Cycling
You can lock your bike to the racks outside Wren Kitchens.
