Hi, I’m Anne-Marie, I would love the chance to help more people discover strength training and learning to lift and move their bodies effectively and safely whilst also enjoying themselves. Building on their fitness, conditioning and strength in the mind and body. I started off nervous in the gym, like so many other people, but I later went on to find my love of lifting heavy weights.
I am now getting ready to compete in my 1st strong woman competition and I am an ex competing power lifter and have found empowerment and confidence in doing something I now enjoy.In my experience so far, I have been able to pass on that confidence and empowerment to others and it’s so nice to watch them flourish and grow in their abilities and general well being.
