The upgrade includes:

  • A brand new Shape zone - our beginner-friendly strength zone, featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines and benches — ideal for building strength with confidence.
  • Upgraded functional area with sled track.
  • Upgraded free weights with new kit such as the perfect squat.
  • Upgraded studios.


Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety. We kindly ask that you don't attempt to access these areas during this period.

Getting to PureGym

Using Sat Nav? Type in M6 5JA or 1A Hankinson Way to get you to the right place.


You can park for free for up to 3 hours directly opposite PureGym or in the Salford Shopping Centre car park. After three hours, it's £1 for one hour, £2 for two hours, £3 for three hours, £4 for four hours and £5 for 24 hours. 


*Parking restrictions may apply. Please check in the car park before you enter the gym. PureGym is not responsible for any parking fines.
