BY BUS: The nearest bus stops, Bondgate Box Lane, South Bailey Gate and North Bailey Gate, are all located just a short 5 minute walk away from the gym. Other nearby bus stops also include South Bailey Gate Baghill Lane and Baghill Lane Industrial Estate, both just 6 minutes away as well as Pontefract Castle Monkhill, just 7 minutes away and Mill Dam Lane, just 8 minutes away.
BY TRAIN: Pontefract Monkhill train station is located just a short 11 minute walk away from the gym. In addition to this, Pontefract Baghill train station is also only a 12 minute walk away and Pontefract Tanshelf is a 28 minute walk away.
