I absolutely love helping people create a happy, healthy and sustainable lifestyle. For me it's not just about the gym and the diet, it's about the lifestyle.
I thrive working with clients with alignment difficulties as I also work as a sports masseuse which works hand in hand. I have various men and women lose weight, gain strength, gain muscle and best of all gain confidence and self love.
I have been a Hyrox competitor since 2023 and I have a passion for helping clients to try new experiences and smash their goals.
