Pop BT36 7BS into your SatNav and park in the free onsite car park where there’s room for 132 cars.

Walking
The gym is situated on the Shore Road Retail Park on Shore Road, next to the Longwood Retail Park and close by to The Abbey Shopping Centre. You’ll find us next to Dunelm Mill.
Public Transport
BY BUS: Bus numbers 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2G and 2H will drop you off at the Abbey Shopping Centre, which is a five-minute walk away.
BY TRAIN: Mossley West train station is also 11 minutes away by car and Belfast Central train station is 13 minutes away.
Cycling
There are bike racks available outside the entrance to the club.
