Driving
Pop NP20 1EW into your SatNav and park in the Kingsway Mall multi-storey car park (please check Kingsway Mall website for parking details). Members get 2 hours free parking 7am- midnight. We have a machine in the gym so you can validate your parking ticket.
Walking
Situated at the main entrance of Kingsway Mall on John Frost Square, Newport Wales gym is directly opposite the Friars Walk development, and the University of Wales, Newport is close by.
Public Transport
BY BUS: Newport’s city centre bus and coach station is just 100 yards away, adjacent to the John Frost Square main entrance.
BY TRAIN: Newport train station is a ten-minute walk away. As you leave the station, cross Queensway and head down Bridge Street. Cross Westgate Square and continue along Commercial Street until you reach the Kingsway Mall.
