We're happy to share that we have made improvements to your fixed pin and free weights equipment, plus the below kit has just landed:

• Matrix Magnum Plate-loaded Hack Squat: the perfect all round machine to work your lower body, suitable for all heights due its easy adjustment
• Matrix Varsity Perfect Squat: working to support the natural motion of the body to deliver maximum muscle contraction to develop the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps
• The Booty Builder V8: this patented machine helps grow your glutes and makes hip-thrusting safer, faster and more effective
• Booty Builder Standing Hip Thrust: an introductory model to help you to start training your glutes, you'll see the results much quicker than other training methods

We've packed our gym on Wandsworth Road with everything you need to succeed, including over 220 pieces of state of the art gym equipment and 50 classes per week included in your membership. Everybody is welcome at our club which not only has a low-cost contract-free membership, but is also open 24 hours!
