Exciting news! Your gym has just been upgraded!
The upgrade includes…
- A brand new women's workout space with a lifting zone with squat racks and a free weights area with adjustable benches, dumbbells (up to 30kg) and a Smith machine. Plus, we have a mix of upper and lower body focused fixed pin equipment along with plenty of glute focused machines including the game-changing BootyBuilder V8!
- Brand new Shape area, our beginner-friendly strength zone, featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines, and benches — ideal for building strength with confidence.
- Upgraded functional zone with fresh accessories including handstand boards.
- More free weights with more equipment including two more lifting bays and two additional power racks & all new dumbbells and barbells!
- Upgraded fixed pin kit including an additional converging chest press and a seated leg curl machine.
- Upgraded studios.
- Brand new look and feeling to the club.
