Lewis Melville
I've been training for over 10 years. I started swimming at a young age, which was the only sport really enjoyed. At school l often avoided P.E., but after leaving school I picked up my first weight and quickly developed a passion for training.
In the beginning it was a struggle because I didn't know what I was doing, and poor form led to a few injuries.
That experience pushed me to learn how to train properly, safely, and more effectively. Over time I've helped others get into training and improve their fitness using what I've learned through my own journey.
Nutrition was another challenge for me. It took around five years of trial and error before I really understood how food affected my performance and physique. I began studying nutrition and the health benefits of different foods, learning to focus not just on what I enjoyed eating, but on what helped me feel and perform better. Since then, I've continued to study training, nutrition, and health, always looking for ways to improve myself and help others do the same.
