Irene Mallon
I have always been into fitness from my teenage years, taking part in local 5k/10ks and I even completed in the biggest loser challenge for Cancer Focus NI. I am a proud mother to 4 children, and I have always struggled to get back into the gym. After my second child and losing my mother to dementia, I joined my local running club and fell in love with training again. From this I have completed numerous half marathons, I lead my local running club in training and now I have my fitness back, I am ready to train you and get you back in love with your training!
