I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2021 and absolutely loved my journey so far.
I have got a background of gymnastics being a national level gymnast for many years and also coach gymnastics which I have done for over 18 years. With this I have got a lot of knowledge on body movement and a variety of different training methods I would love to share with you.
I am here to help you achieve your goals and guide you on your new fitness journey. Whether you have no experience in the gym, or use to be a regular I am here to help!
