- Brand new Shape area which is our beginner-friendly strength zone, featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines, and benches!
- Upgraded studios with new accessories.
- Brand new functional area with a Hyrox runner and 12m sled track!
- Upgraded free weights with new kit such as a 4 bay lifting rig, the hack squat and perfect squat.
- New fixed pin kit including the game-changing BootyBuilder V8 and additional cables!
Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Pop in CH1 4LU to your SatNav to find us. Members can park for free outside the club for up to 5 hours. Please ensure that you validate your parking using the tablet inside the main entrance of the gym before your workout. Failure to do so may result in a parking fine.
