- upgraded free weights area with a 6 bay lifting rig,
- new glute focused equipment including a hack squat machine, plate loaded perfect squat machine and BootyBuilder V8,
- new kit including the plate loaded lat pull down and plate loaded seated row,
- new stretch area,
- upgraded functional area with sled track.

Driving
You'll find us on the Marshwood Close Retail Park on Marshwood Close, near to Argos and opposite Asda. Pop our our postcode CT1 1DX into your SatNav and you can park for free onsite or across the road in the Asda car park.

Public Transport
The nearest bus stop is two minutes away on South Street. There is also a park and ride that is a 13-minute walk away.

There are bike racks outside Argos
