I played football for West Bromwich Albion at youth level and represented my school secondary school at regional level for athletics as a teen.

I have always had a passion for fitness and decided to get into the fitness industry so I could do something that help others.

I have gained my level 2 and 3 personal training qualifications and plan to focus on my growth and knowledge in the fitness industry.
