• Matrix Magnum Plate-loaded Seated Row: designed to maximise strength in the arms, back & shoulders,
• Matrix Magnum Plate-loaded Hack Squat: the perfect all round machine to work your lower body, suitable for all heights due its easy adjustment,
• Matrix Varsity Perfect Squat: working to support the natural motion of the body to deliver maximum muscle contraction to develop the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps,
• The Booty Builder V8: this patented machine helps grow your glutes and makes hip-thrusting safer, faster and more effective,
• Booty Builder Standing Hip Thrust: an introductory model to help you to start training your glutes, you'll see the results much quicker than other training methods.

PureGym Bournemouth Mallard Road Retail Park has everything you need to reach your fitness goal; whether that’s to tone up, lose weight or improve strength. Plus we're open 24 hours a day so you can workout when you want.

What’s inside? Cardio and resistance machines, free weights, functional area and exercise and cycle studio. Plus, there is a wide range of fitness classes per week (included in your membership at no extra cost).

Our Mallard Road Retail Park gym is next door to ALDI at the Mallard Road Retail Park, and has free parking within the retail park*. Check out all our gyms in Bournemouth.
