I started my fitness journey, here at Pure Gym Aylesbury. I have learnt and changed so much as a person since the beginning. Becoming a Personal Trainer has become a passion for me to help others begin their journey.
When starting at the gym, I had little knowledge and no confidence, but over time this developed, and I now want to help aid and provide that to others.
