PureGym has been my gym for a year now, I missed a payment and admin fees were added on the same day, I spoke to George, the manager at my gym (Lewisham) who gave me valuable information on contacting the right email, after a quick message to the members enquiry email explaining that I am currently working part-time and very limited hours, the extra fees were pardoned and I only had to pay my usual monthly charge as long as I made payment within a short deadline. They replied quickly and politely, which was an added bonus because my workout plan wasn't interrupted.
