ReLly good bit couldn't find a SMITH MACINE FOR BENCH PRESS but in the end found one plus there's no cleaning wipes so you leave your station with sweat everywhere on equipment as im quite a clean freak other than that excellent experience happy to go tomorrow

I had an issue which would have required me to cancel and repurchase my membership, the first person brushed me off so I was going to, however Ebrima then emailed me over the other and sorted it all out! (This was 6 or so months back in case they see this) The actual gym (Meadowhall) is great, not too busy when I go and has everything I need. Thanks very much E!

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Customer Service "Huge shoutout to the teams at Enfield and North Finchley! After a membership confusion that nearly made me cancel, the staff went above and beyond to support me. Instead of sending me home, they allowed me to train and helped me find a solution. A special thanks to the North Finchley manager, Raf, for making my transfer so easy. The facilities are superb, the atmosphere is warming and professional, and the classes are great. If you want a gym where the staff actually care about your progress, this is it!"

Incredible staff and a seamless transition! "I recently had a membership issue that almost caused me to quit, but the teams at the Enfield and North Finchley branches completely changed my mind. I was originally a member at Southgate but I frequently used North Finchley during working days and Enfield & Southgate branch on my off days. This week on Monday, I visited Enfield branch on my day off, only to find I couldn't get in. I was stressed and ready to cancel my membership, but the staff member at Enfield was so understanding; he explained my membership type and allowed me access for the day so my trip wasn't wasted. Kudos to him. The next day at North Finchley, I had the same issue. Again, the staff were incredibly helpful. They let me train and asked to see the Manager. I returned again the following day Thursday and one staff on duty, who directed me to the manager, Raf. When I met Raf the following day, he was fantastic, he helped me switch my membership to North Finchley right then and there. Because these teams chose to help me rather than turn me away, I feel more motivated than ever. The North Finchley branch has a superb atmosphere, great facilities, and a very welcoming psychological environment. The staff truly care and always check in to see how you are. I’m now officially a member here and loving the classes and workout programs. Thank you for keeping me motivated and on my fitness journey!" Jacqueline B!
